Terms & Conditions - the basics

By booking our 360 photo booth, you agree to the following:

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Event Requirements: A flat 10x10 ft space with access to one standard power outlet is required for setup.

  • Damage & Liability: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the booth or equipment by guests. We are not liable for injuries due to misuse.

  • Media Use: We may use event footage for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

  • Outdoor Events: Client must provide weather protection. We may decline setup in unsafe conditions.

Booking our services means you accept these terms.
